Swara Bhasker recently took an indirect dig at Vivek Agnihotri's latest release 'The Kashmir Files'. She tweeted, "If you want someone to congratulate you for the 'success' of your efforts.. maybe don't spend the last five years shitting on their heads." Swara's tweet didn't go down well with many and she was trolled for it.

A user replied, "I think u got it all wrong Swara. Ppl are asking why prominent Bollywood stars haven't said a word of appreciation for getting ppl back in cinemas. Operative word being 'prominent'. On the other hand, Vivek Agnihotri's The Kashmir Files has been well received by fans ever since it was released. Apart from fans, many celebs including Kangana Ranaut, Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam and others loved it.

While interacting with the paparazzi, Kangana told them about The Kashmir Files, "Unko bohot bohot badhai. Unhone poori film industry k jitne bhi Bollywood ki kiye huye paap hai aaj inhone dho diye sabne milke. Itni acchi film banaiyi hai. Yeh film itne kabile tarif hai ki sab industry waalo ko chupe huye hai abhi apne bilo m chuho ki tarah nikal k aana chahiye isko promote karna chahiye. Itni bakwas sari huyi filmein promote karte hai. Itni acchi filmo ko promote karna chahiye."
